The purpose of the meeting is to present the preliminary findings of the study on the distribution of institutions / public services in the Municipality of Tirana and to discuss with the participants some key issues that could improve the standard of services provided to the citizens of the capital.
The focus of the project is the newly urbanized areas in which public services need to be extended and meetings with the community and experts in various fields serve to propose new policies.
